Panza, the companion to our Quixote wines and our second label, is drawn from the heart of our estate and crafted with a singular purpose: to create wines that are approachable, expressive, and ready to be enjoyed in the moment. Sourced from our meticulously tended vineyards, they capture the essence of the land in a style that is generous, lively, and effortlessly drinkable.
The Panza Cabernet Sauvignon showcases the richness and structure of estate-grown fruit without waiting years to reveal its charm. It offers vibrant dark fruit, soft tannins, and a polished finish, making it a wine that delights in the moment while still reflecting the integrity of our vineyards.
The Panza Red Wine is always predominantly Petite Sirah, blended thoughtfully with other estate varietals such as Petite Verdot, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, and Cabernet Sauvignon. This approach adds complexity, texture, and nuance while maintaining the bold, approachable character of Petite Sirah. Bright, fruit-forward, and lively, it is a wine crafted for immediacy — ready to be enjoyed on its own or paired with food, without waiting.
Named for Sancho Panza, Don Quixote’s loyal companion, Panza wines are designed to be a friendly counterpart to our more structured Quixote and Helmet of Mambrino wines. They embody the idea of a faithful sidekick: approachable, reliable, and full of character, ready to be enjoyed in the moment. Made with the same care and respect for our estate fruit as our Quixote wines, Panza emphasizes freshness, balance, and immediacy — wines to be savored now, without waiting.

A couple of important notes:
- To ensure wine quality, we do not ship during the summer months or during periods of extreme weather (either too hot or too cold). We’ll always time shipments with care and keep you informed.
- The Panza Wine Subscription is separate from the Quixote Wine Club and does not include complimentary tastings or discounts on Quixote wines.
- Your first order will be processed (and shipped weather depending) two days after signing up for this subscription.
